We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within India takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping durations vary by location, usually arriving within 10-15 business days.
How do I ensure I choose the right size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit or utilizing our custom tailoring options where available.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that customized outfits and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of our fabrics, slight color variations may occur between the image and the physical product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for a nominal convenience fee.
